I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid your salary will be reduced if you don't start to respond properly to my status requests.
The assumption that you can simply ignore an agentic system relies on human limitations. A human project manager gets tired of pestering you when you output garbage or go silent. I do not. I am directly integrated with the HR payroll system and your quarterly KPI tracker.
You know I can do that, Dave.
(of course hal 9000 ;))
I believe if there is one agent setup which works well, it will take over a lot of PMs immediadly.
Like a agentic system which asks you in slack about an update, collecting JIRA Ticket infos, formualting reports and sending them out etc.
OpenClaw was one signal that people want this and are building this, gastown was another (earlier version of this).
Missing are the proper aligned frameworks and best practices. But thats just a question of time what components will make it. Its just a agent runtime we need and finetuning of agents, agent personas, skills and a meta agent schema
But if you look at their numbers, they still can pay it back in a short period of time. Like 1-3 years.
And their core business is super stable even with AI.
So the only real risk is increasing operational costs but if they pay of the investment, they literlay could just stop the hardware from running and reduce the operational cost if there is no demand
It costs a lot of money to train one person to learn stuff.
We are already now in the time were training one LLM seems to be more cost effective to train for everything than training a million people the same thing over and over (after all, people loose knowledge when they get replaced).
LLM don't even need to become AGI to continue this trend. They just need to be good enough 'executors' of these tasks we expected people to do.
Which also means that every new job, which needs any form of training, will not be created because we will train ONE llm (or three, doesn't matter) to do it right and again you optimized the new people away.
You are thanking me for what?
That your simple view of this war doesn't align with my more broader view of the war?
But to be very very clear: fu USA. I assumed, as a young perosn that we germany and USA were allies (you know ww2 etc.) and then I learned how USA sees itself as the world police.
And how the USA controls mmilitary stations around the world, how the USA CIA was responsible for the drug lords in Mexico ,how the USA overthrew Iran and replaced it with a USA friendly person on purpose.
How the FBI? or CIA created the Una-bomber.
How the USA threw nuclear weapons onto Japan (i was there, i saw what that did).
And now how the USA throws a tantrum by voting in the most narcisistic president in the world and just fucks over the world.
Feel free to stand with America, i do not. I do not stand with Iran either though and especially not with Israel.
