24 hour trading is avail on brokers like IBK, webull, hood, etrade, Schwab (short lists of tickers, but useful ones, QQQ, SPY SMH etc). If you're looking at just ARca's order book, liquidity is pretty thin overnight before 4am EST

So while this may sound like it'll be in the case studies of ERP/CRM etc failed projects, which has some very memorable writeups, the judgement of failure/success is still out (or shd we say jury is out)

Well, there's the deficit but also China's central bank has steadily reduced Treas holdings while BoJ ramps up, and other sovereigns incented to reduce if they think dollar continue to weaken or their country was running trade surplus w/US. (trying to figure out vol profile on $DXY in tradingview...)
But we are around or just over Bessent's pain points for /ZB and /zn so we'll see
