How does that suing pass muster is any court of law?

I've debated getting that phone heavily. My reasons not to:

1. it's gotta be bad for the eyes on a screen that small 2. the Pixel camera!

This looks so intriguing. How is it at keeping on top of stuff like email and text? Any lag with a bluetooth keyboard?
